Today is Easter Sunday. I am writing this now at 11:30pm. I just thought of posting something on this special day. After all they say it's better late than never right?! I had a great day with my loving family. We just stayed home and had family bonding time. I cooked my specialty fettucine carbonara. Of course, my number one fans(hubby and kids) loved it! Over-all we had a happy Easter this year even if the kids miss the times we used to celebrate it in the Philippines. We always had our family Easter egg hunt way back then. I would hide the colorful plastic eggs around the house and in the yard and the kids would run around laughing. Thinking about it now, makes me smile. We had so much fun doing that back when the kids were smaller. They are so much bigger now. Oh well, things change. What's important is we are together as a family. Easter Sundays will always be eggstra-ordinary whether we spend it here in Doha, in the Philippines or some other place in the future...
